SUMMER ESL AT KISKI
Kiski offers one of the best summer ESL programs in the world for international boys. Situated on a bluff overlooking the Kiskiminetas River and town of Saltsburg , Kiski has a spectacular resort-like campus   that resembles a Victorian village. This majestic campus has 350 acres of towering pines, streams, and fields coupled with state of the art facilities that include: a golf course, tennis courts , outdoor and indoor basketball courts , outdoor and indoor swimming pools , football and soccer fields, a baseball diamond, a first class weight room, miles of hiking trails, spacious Tudor-style dormitories , and much more.   • July 12th-Aug 29th ( can come anytime within this time period)
  • $6,500 for our standard 5 week program July 27th-Aug 29th.(ALL INCLUSIVE- Includes transportation to and from the Pittsburgh airport, instructional materials, trips and activities).
  • $1,500 per week if wish to attend for any period of time more than or less than five weeks.

  • Last year (2007) we placed each of our students with a roommate from a different country and we will try our best to do that every year.
  • Off-campus weekend trips (kayaking, canoeing, hiking, caving, swimming , touring Pittsburgh , Washington, going to Native American pow wows ,watching Pirates games, visiting world famous museums and amusement parks , dining out , biking, playing sports , and much more.

ESL Classes
Upon arriving our students are interviewed and placed in appropriate class levels specifically tailored to their English needs. Our classrooms have it all: Power Point, smart boards, projectors, video and DVD players. Furthermore, classes take place in a spacious, carpeted, air-conditioned classroom  in our award winning John A. Pidgeon Library .

9:20-10:00- 2nd class
10:00-10:30 Discussion Cafe
10:30-11:00-Break
11:00-11:40- 3rd class
12:00 Noon- Lunch
1:00PM-1:50- 4th class
2:00-2:50 -Game class
3:30-5:00 Afternoon-sports, activities, arts and crafts
6:00-Dinner
8-8:45-Study Hall
10:30 Lights out

Teachers
Our Kiski Summer ESL teachers are highly talented and have many years of ESL experience. Mr. Michael Brown , our ESL Director, had taught English in Asia (Japan and Korea) from 1997-2005 at such prestigious international English institutes as Berlitz and LCI Kids Club.

REGISTRATION PROCESS
Once a student has submitted the necessary enrollment contract and deposit, instruction will be forwarded about medical forms. health insurance, what to bring, and transportation arrangements.
