It is never too early to begin exploring different college campuses. The College Counseling Office recommends visiting schools as early as the summer before the junior year. No view book, reference guide, virtual tour or alumni perspective can replace the campus visit experience. At times, students discover that they can feel the personality of a college or university almost immediately, just by walking around the campus. Ultimately, you will need to feel academically and socially comfortable at the school you attend.
