The Test of English as a Foreign Language is designed for students for whom English is not a native language and whose scores on the SAT Reasoning Test would obviously be affected by the language difference. The TOEFL is required of all foreign students at Kiski and recommended for anyone for whom English is not the language spoken at home.
The TOEFL test is no longer scheduled through the College Counseling Office. Each student is responsible for signing up for the exam starting as early as the middle of the junior year.
