Concussion Management

All parents/guardians must be educated in the approved concussion management course.  Parents/guardians are required by law to take one of the Pennsylvania Department of Health's three approved concussion programs listed below.  Upon completion of the online course, each parent/guardian must sign and return to the Athletic Office an acknowledgement of receipt and review of the concussion and traumatic brain injury information.  

Please follow these steps:

1.  Go to one of the web sites listed below and watch the required videos
2.  Be sure to print or email your certificate after watching the video.  Please then be sure to provide a copy to mary.grace.muster@kiski.org

3.  Please print and sign the Acknowledgement Form and return to the Athletics Office.  Email mary.grace.muster@kiski.org or Fax 724-639-8063.
