The Benefits of Being Near Pittsburgh

Living and attending school just outside of Pittsburgh, PA allows students to experience the cultural diversity of the city while still  being far enough removed to be surrounded by nature. Less than an hour outside of Pittsburgh, the Kiski School’s campus is bordered by the Kiskiminetas River where students can hike, kayak, and explore. At Kiski, we plan frequent excursions into the city to introduce students to all of the events and opportunities Pittsburgh has to offer.

Residents have numerous options when it comes to recreational activities such as biking, kayaking, urban hiking, and exploring the Pittsburgh Parks.
