Kiski's Alumni Reunion Weekend

Just because the Kiski boys are away for summer doesn’t mean we’re not having a blast on campus! Kiski will host the annual Alumni Reunion during the first weekend in June for all alumni to bring their families and reunite with their old classmates. The weekend-long event starts on Friday, June 3 with an informal reception in Kiski’s Student Center.

The Kiski reunion weekend is a fun family event with different activities including pottery, kayaking, and even using the Makerspaces. Some of the graduated classes make special plans to hang out such as meeting for drinks at a local bar or even bringing tents to camp out while on campus. The more formal parts of the evening begin around 6 pm on Saturday with a cocktail hour and dinner followed by a bonfire.

Every year, we use this special time together to update the alumni on what our most recent graduates will do and what schools they plan to attend. While current students are away for the summer, the alumni enjoy hearing about their activities and accomplishments, which could lead to networking opportunities and internships in the future. Networking also occurs between the graduated Kiski classes, even those separated by 20 years.

During the reunion weekend we also recognize the alumni who have donated back to The Kiski School. For the Reunion Giving Challenge we award a trophy to the class with the most donations. The trophy is awarded based on participation not dollar amount. Last year, the class of ‘65 celebrated their 50th Kiski class reunion by donating over $60,000 back to the school and winning the trophy.

While donations are appreciated and greatly needed, you don’t have to donate to have a good time during the reunion weekend. At Kiski, all are welcome to attend and see how campus has changed over the years. We encourage all alumni to attend and reconnect with their old classmates and teachers. Our favorite part of the Kiski Alumni Reunion is when our Kiski graduates share their favorite stories about their time at Kiski.

Kiski graduates can stay connected with their school and the Kiski Brotherhood in different ways whether through financial support or as a mentor. While there’s still time to sign up for this year’s reunion, if you’re just interested in learning more about the reunion, our alumni network, or staying involved at The Kiski School after graduation, feel free to contact us!
