After working for the University of Pittsburgh for nearly eight years, Mark joined our team as The Kiski
School’s Special Gifts Officer. His primary duty in that role is to cultivate our supporters by thanking
them for their donations, while informing them of how their critical gifts are helping us to fulfill our
mission. He has also been tasked with growing the Educational Improvement Tax Credit program, which
allows PA business owners, and those with influence over their employers charitable giving, to direct tax
commitments through Harrisburg and back to Kiski scholarships.
His last position at Pitt was Assistant Director of Panther Club Operations in the Department of Athletics.
In that role, Mark was responsible for the cultivation of Pitt’s athletic donors with responsibilities
ranging from overseeing endowed scholarship stewardship to planning more than a dozen events each
year. He also coordinated and grew the courtesy car program, and maintained a focus on strategic
planning for solicitations and budgeting.
Mark and his wife, Laura, reside in Munhall, Pa. with their three daughters: Nina, Giuliana, and Vittoria and son, Lucca.
