The Kiski School has upheld a proud tradition of basketball for more than one hundred years. Kiski is a member of the Interstate Preparatory League, whose members include The Linsly School (WV) and Western Reserve Academy (OH). The coaching staff teaches respect and passion for the game of basketball, as well as focusing on the issues of integrity and honor, both on and off the court. If a player wishes to play at the next level, the coaches, in conjunction with the college counseling office, will work hard to place the student-athlete in a situation that will fit him academically, athletically, and socially. Over the last 4 seasons alone, 15 Kiski School Basketball Players have moved on to play at the NCAA Division 1 Level. Many others are currently playing at the Division 2 & 3 Levels.

Kiski’s schedule is one of the most challenging in the country and includes trips to Massachusetts, Connecticut, Florida and Virginia. Kiski prepares for this difficult schedule with high level practices, which always include individual skill work and team strategy, as well as a Strength and Conditioning program designed and led by a professional strength coach.
